Richard O'Neal has served with the M and M Volunteer Fire Department since 1989 and as president of the Jones County Fire Council for three years. A Certified Volunteer Fire Fighter, he is usually the nozzle man on the initial attack team or holding the thermal imaging camera near the front of the hose line.
Richard is trained as an Emergency Medical First Responder and loves to teach kids in schools about fire safety. Richard's Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and his financial services background has enabled him to write many successful Fire Act grants, several USDA and CDBG grants. |
Lance Chancellor has served with the Powers Volunteer Fire Department since 1988. He is a Certified Volunteer Firefighter and past chief of the department.
Lance is active in fire prevention programs in the Jones County Elementary and Middle schools and is the Public Relations Spokesperson for the Jones County Fire Council. Lance has an Associate of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Jones County Junior College, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration Degree in Marketing Management from the University of Southern Mississippi. |
Reggie Ridgway has served with the Central Lamar Volunteer Fire Department since 1981, and as chief of the department since 1988. He is a Level II Certified Volunteer Firefighter and Emergency Medical First Responder. Reggie has served three years as President of the Forrest/Lamar Fire Chiefs' Association and is currently the Secretary/Treasurer of the Lamar County Fire Chiefs' Council.Much of Reggie's time with the fire department has been spent devising ways to provide an adequate water supply at the rural fire scene. Those years of work and research have led to the development of the new Water Master Fire Service Vacuum Tanker™. Reggie has worked as a fire equipment and fire apparatus salesperson since 1991. |
